Jump to Recipe How to make Ice Apple Gulkand Matka Kulfi with Jaggery | Nungu Gulkand Malai Kulfi recipe | Nungu Matka Kulfi with detailed snaps and step-by-step procedure. What else could be the best body coolant in this scorching summer more than the Ice apples and Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam)? Roll the pink dough ball to some extent and place the dry fruits ball in the center.

Fold the dough from all sides and seal it in such a way the dry fruits ball stay safe inside.
Keep the sealed side on top and start rolling the paratha.

Place the paratha on the skillet, flip it occasionally adding little ghee on both sides.

When the brown spots start to appear, it's time to transfer it to a plate for serving.

Tips:
  • For any stuffed paratha, always keep the sealed side on top before rolling.
  • Gently roll the parathas, stuffing may freak out and cause messy parathas.
